Account

Delete your PrepPortal account.

There are two routes, and both are free. Deleting from inside the app is immediate. If you have already uninstalled it, raise a request here instead and we will do it for you.

If you still have the app

Delete it from your profile

  1. Sign in to PrepPortal and open the profile tab.
  2. Select “Delete account”.
  3. Confirm. Your account and study data are removed.

If you have uninstalled it

Request deletion from the web

Use the email address you signed in to PrepPortal with, so we can match the request to your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes:

  • your profile — the name, email address and picture that came from Google Sign-In;
  • your practice history — every attempt, score and answer you recorded;
  • your streak, progress and selected exam.

Your doubt-board posts and answers are disassociated from you rather than removed, because other students may be relying on them: your name comes off and the content stays. If you want specific posts taken down as well, say so in the reason field and we will remove them.

Web requests are verified against the email on the account before anything is deleted, and completed within 30 days. The full picture is in the Privacy Policy.
